Anti-Money Laundering Agreement

I. Introduction

1.1 We promise to carefully comply with the relevant laws and regulations on knowing your customer and CoinLink, and will not intentionally violate the policies of knowing your customer and CoinLink. Within the scope of our reasonable control, we have financially necessary measures and technologies to provide you with a secure service and protect you from losses caused by money laundering by criminal suspects as much as possible

 

1.2 Our Know Your Customer and CoinLink policy is a comprehensive international policy system, including the Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering policies of different legal jurisdictions to which you belong. Our strong compliance framework ensures that we comply with local and global regulatory requirements and regulatory levels and ensure the continued operation of this website

 

2. Know Your Customer and CoinLink policies are as follows:

2.1 Issue know-your-customer and CoinLink policies and update them from time to time to meet the standards stipulated by relevant laws and regulations

 

2.2 Issue and update some guiding principles and rules for the operation of this website, and our staff will provide full service in accordance with the guidance of these principles and rules

 

2.3 Design and improve internal monitoring procedures for transactions, such as strict identity verification, arranging professional teams to be responsible for CoinLink work, etc.

 

2.4 Perform due diligence and continuous monitoring of customers using risk prevention methods

 

2.5 Review and regularly check transactions that have occurred

 

2.6 Report suspicious transactions to the competent authorities

 

2.7 Identity documents, address proofs and transaction records will be retained for at least six years if submitted to the regulatory authorities without prior notice to you

 

2.8 During the entire transaction process, the use of credit cards is prohibited

 

2.9 Participate in regular training provided by the relevant authorities and train employees regularly

 

3. Identity information and verification confirmation

3.1 Identity information

 

3.1.1 The content of your information collected by us may be inconsistent due to different regulations in different jurisdictions and different types of entities. In principle, the following information will be collected from registered individuals:

 

Basic personal information: name, address (and permanent address, if different), date of birth, nationality and other available information. Identity verification should be based on documents issued by official or other similar institutions, such as passports, identity cards or other identity documents required and triggered by different jurisdictions. The address you provide will be verified using appropriate methods, such as checking passenger bills or rate bills or checking the electoral register

 

Valid photo: Before registering, you must provide a photo of you holding your ID card in front of your chest

 

Contact information: telephone/mobile number and valid email address

 

3.1.2 If you are a company or other legal entity, we will collect the following information to identify you or the ultimate beneficiary of the trust account

 

Company registration and registration certificate; copy of the company's articles of association and memorandum; detailed evidence of the company's shareholding structure and ownership statement, proving the decision to open an account on this website and the implementation of the resolution of the board of directors of the authorized customer; identification documents of the company's directors (as required), major shareholders and authorized signatories of the website account; the company's main business address, if different from the company's mailing address, please provide the mailing address. If the company's local address is not consistent with its principal business address, it is considered a higher risk customer and is required to submit additional additional documents

 

Other certifications and documents issued by institutions that we require and documents that we deem necessary based on different regulations in different jurisdictions and different types of entities

 

3.1.3 We only accept identity information in English and Chinese. If not, please translate your identity information into English and notarize it

 

3.2 Confirmation and Verification

 

3.2.1 We require you to provide both sides of your identity document

 

3.2.2 We require you to provide a photo of you holding your identity document against your chest

 

3.2.3 Photocopies of supporting documents should generally be checked against the original. However, a copy is acceptable if a reliable and appropriate certifier can certify that the copy is an accurate and complete reproduction of the original. Such certifiers include ambassadors, judicial commissioners, magistrates, etc.

 

3.2.4 The requirement to determine the ultimate beneficiary and account control is to determine which individuals ultimately own or control the direct client, and/or to determine that the transactions being conducted are on behalf of others. For enterprises, the identity of major shareholders (such as shareholders holding 10% or more of the voting rights) should be verified. Generally, holding 25% of the shares is considered normal risk and the identity of the shareholder must be verified; holding more than 10% of the voting rights or shares is considered high risk and the identity of the shareholder must be verified

 

4. Monitor transactions

 

4.1 We will set and adjust the daily transaction and withdrawal limits from time to time based on security and actual transaction conditions

 

4.2 If transactions are frequently concentrated on you who have registered or exceed a reasonable range, our professional team will evaluate and decide whether it is suspicious

 

4.3 If we determine that it is a suspicious transaction at our own discretion, we can suspend the transaction, refuse the transaction, and even cancel the transaction as soon as possible, and report it to the competent authorities, but we will not notify you

 

4.4 We reserve the right to reject boarding applications from persons who do not meet international CoinLink standards or may be considered political public figures, but without violating any obligations and responsibilities to you
